Refund Scenarios

Event Cancellation by Organizer

Within 24 hoursFull refund

If the organizer cancels the event before it takes place.

Sponsor Cancellation

30+ days before eventFull refund

Sponsors can cancel up to 30 days before the event with full refund.

Late Cancellation

7-30 days before event50% refund

Cancellations made 7-30 days before the event receive 50% refund.

Very Late Cancellation

< 7 days before eventNo refund

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Event Postponement

Case by caseCredit or refund

Depending on circumstances, sponsors may receive credit or partial refund.

Important Notes

All refund requests must be submitted through our support team at simplesponsors@bindalinfotech.com

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the sponsorship

Simple Sponsors does not charge a platform fee on sponsorships. Where optional online checkout was used, refunds follow the original payment method and may be reduced by standard gateway fees retained by the processor. For bank or UPI transfers arranged with the organizer, refunds are between sponsor and organizer per your agreement.

Pro subscription (₹2,499/month) cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within a paid month.
