Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using Simple Sponsors, including the organizer Free and Pro plans, sponsor use, and how money moves between users (direct settlement per organizer instructions, with optional Razorpay gateway where offered). By accessing the platform you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Simple Sponsors you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Who can use Simple Sponsors
Users must be 18 years or older, or an authorised representative of a registered business. Event organizers agree to publish only events they have the authority to represent. Sponsors agree to provide accurate brand information when applying to sponsor an event.
3. Organizer plans and entitlements
Organizers can use Simple Sponsors on a Free plan (one active published event at a time and up to three sponsorship packages) or a paid Pro plan at ₹2,499 per month for unlimited events and packages, featured placement, and clearer reporting. Pro is billed monthly through Razorpay Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your organizer Billing page (/dashboard/billing); cancellation stops renewal and stays in effect through the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Sponsor use
Sponsors never pay a Simple Sponsors platform fee on sponsorship amounts. Sponsorship funds are agreed and settled between the sponsor and the organizer. Organizers publish payment instructions (for example bank, UPI, or an official payment link) on their profile; sponsors follow those instructions for approved deals. Where optional Razorpay checkout is offered, it operates as a payment gateway; Simple Sponsors does not hold sponsorship funds as a wallet or collect sponsorship money on behalf of organizers.
5. Listing checks
Every published event is checked automatically for completeness and adherence to policy. Simple Sponsors reserves the right to unpublish or remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Payments
Organizer Pro subscriptions and other platform fees may be processed by Razorpay. Simple Sponsors does not store card or banking credentials for sponsorship checkout. Sponsorship settlement follows the organizer’s published instructions unless and until an optional integrated checkout is used, in which case processing is subject to Razorpay’s terms. Organizers are responsible for fulfilling agreed sponsorship deliverables. Sponsorship refunds, subscription cancellation windows, and disputes are governed by the Refund Policy published at https://simplesponsors.com/refund and may be escalated to the Simple Sponsors support team.
7. Prohibited use
Users may not use Simple Sponsors to publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content; to harass other users; to get around payment or listing checks; or to scrape the platform without authorization.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks and brand assets on Simple Sponsors are the property of their respective owners. User-submitted content remains the property of the user, who grants Simple Sponsors a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.
9. Limitation of liability
Simple Sponsors is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Sponsors and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of the platform.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of Simple Sponsors after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
